Hi, Im Kate.
I am a Director and part owner of Valuation Partners.
After spending over 10 years working in marketing and research overseas, I returned to New Zealand in 2008 to complete a Graduate Diploma in Property Valuation at Lincoln University and begin a career in property valuation. I started working in Christchurch during my studies and then moved into full time employment after completing my course, gaining registration as a valuer in early 2012.
I undertake a wide variety of valuations including residential, lifestyle and commercial property. I have a particular interest in energy efficient homes and new builds and regularly work alongside architects and builders in this space to support our mutual clients.
I am based in Canterbury and regularly travel to the West Coast area for work. I also undertake research work, including feasibility analysis for development projects and property market trend analysis.
I enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues and clients and take pride in completing projects to the highest professional standard. Alongside my formal training, I bring broad industry knowledge together with strong business understanding to deliver practical and well considered advice to clients.
