Registered Valuer | Valuer – Invercargill & Southland

Southland's keeping us busy, so it's time we had a proper home in Invercargill.

We're after a Registered Valuer to take on an established flow of work and help us build a permanent Valuation Partners presence in the region. This is a genuine opportunity for the right person to establish themselves in the region and be well rewarded for their efforts.

We're a contemporary South Island valuation practice. We take our work seriously. Ourselves, slightly less so. We think good Valuers should be trusted to use their judgement, have decent systems behind them, and work with people they actually enjoy.

What you'll be doing.

We have consistent workflows and established relationships across Southland. We want someone to look after them and build on them. You'll work across Residential, Lifestyle and/or Specialist property, depending on your experience and what you enjoy.

Who we're looking for.

Ideally you're a Registered Valuer — you know what you're doing, enjoy independence, and like the idea of being the local face of a modern valuation business. What matters most is that you're capable, curious, reliable, good with clients, and someone we'll enjoy having around.

What is required

• A current Certificate of Registration and Annual Practising Certificate

• Experience running valuation assignments from instruction to delivery

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Good analytical and valuation reasoning skills

• The ability to manage your own workload and deadlines

• A full New Zealand driver licence

• The legal right to work in New Zealand
