Hi, Iām Ezra.
I grew up on a dairy farm on the Taieri Plains near Dunedin, where I developed a strong work ethic and an early appreciation for land and property. Growing up in a rural environment gave me firsthand exposure to land use, productivity, and the connection people have to their property.
My interest in valuation was influenced by my mum, who often had to wait for valuers to complete reports before property decisions could move forward. Seeing this process from a young age highlighted the important role valuers play within the property industry.
I am currently studying towards a Bachelor of Business at Massey University, majoring in Property. Through my studies, I am building a strong foundation in valuation principles, market analysis, and property economics.
I am gaining practical experience in the residential and lifestyle markets while learning under the guidance of Aidan Young, a Registered Valuer, as I work towards becoming a Registered Valuer. Outside of work and study, I enjoy staying active and staying connected to the community I grew up in.
