I hold a Bachelor of Land & Property Management from Lincoln University (NZ), specialising in Urban Valuation. Residential and lifestyle typologies I value include off-plan ‘As is’ & ‘As if Complete’, residential, high-end & lifestyle, development and subdivision, units and blocks, vacant sections and construction sites.

I can assist in areas of Mortgage lending, prospective sale or purchase, Internal or related parties transfer, Taxation, Matrimonial works, Boundary adjustments, Unit Entitlement, Insurance, Feasibility Analysis & Asset purposes.

I have spent some 5 years in Queenstown valuing across the Central Otago Region and gaining my Registration, enjoying both the thriving natural and commercial environments. Additionally, I chaired the New Zealand Institute of Valuers Central Otago Branch, where I facilitated professional development events and represented the region at national level.

I am now based in Christchurch, Canterbury, where I grew up and am settling into the thriving market that is Christchurch. I am passionate about property, networking, economics and trend analysis.

Personally, I am a new homeowner and enjoy design and DIY, gardening, socialising, walking, and weekends by the beach. I am highly personable, astute and organised. I pride myself on providing a high-level professional service and well-considered advice to clients.
