Hi, I’m Aidan.
I am a Director and part owner of Valuation Partners and an active Registered Valuer.
I hold a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Valuation and Property Management from Lincoln University and primarily practise within the residential and lifestyle property markets. I enjoy assisting clients with informed property decisions, particularly where properties present unique or complex valuation challenges.
I am also a strong advocate for the valuation profession and volunteer my time within the industry. I currently serve as Chairperson of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers Otago Branch and as Chairperson and Trustee of the Valuers Education and Integrity Foundation.
Before joining Valuation Partners, I established and operated Axia Property, an independent valuation firm, building a modern and efficient practice with a strong profile in Dunedin and the surrounding areas.
Since joining Valuation Partners two years ago, the firm has experienced strong growth and continues to expand its reach and capability. I am excited about what lies ahead as we continue building a high performing team and delivering quality valuation advice to our clients.
Outside of work I enjoy exploring New Zealand, renovating and landscaping at home, making sure my dog Finn pulls his weight around the house, and spending time with family and friends. I am always happy to catch up for a call or coffee.
