Growing in Southland – Valuation Partners’ Commitment to the Region

Valuation Partners is pleased to now offer our boutique property valuation services throughout Invercargill and the wider Southland region. As a proudly New Zealand-owned firm, we specialise in delivering independent, reliable, and insightful property advice tailored to each client and location.

Our Dunedin and Queenstown-based teams are currently supporting Southland while we actively grow our local presence. With increasing demand for trusted valuation advice in the region, we’re excited to expand our footprint and continue building strong relationships with property owners, professionals, and lenders.

We’re now looking to recruit a permanent, Southland-based Registered Valuer.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team in a role that offers professional autonomy, ongoing support, and the chance to play a key role in shaping our future in Southland.

At Valuation Partners, we value quality over quantity. Our boutique structure allows us to stay agile, client-focused, and committed to the highest professional standards.

We provide valuation services for:

  • Residential, lifestyle, and rural properties

  • Pre-purchase and pre-sale advice

  • Lending and insurance purposes

We’re proud to be supporting the Southland community and look forward to welcoming a local valuer who shares our values and commitment to excellence.

We’re genuinely excited to be part of the Southland community and look forward to growing with you. As we establish deeper roots in the region, we also welcome conversations with senior valuers who may be thinking about the next phase of their career.

Our team has invested considerable work into developing a Succession Partnership Model (SPM) – a supportive, flexible framework designed to help experienced valuers transition their practices with confidence. Whether you're looking to step back gradually, ensure continuity for your clients, or mentor the next generation, we’d love to hear from you.
